



As much as we hope that your unit will have a minimum of problems, we know that there will always be things to be taken care of and things to learn about your new home. We will do everything to correct your punch list items as soon as possible. Our job is not complete until you are satisfied. For emergencies don’t hesitate to call. If matters are less urgent, please contact us via e-mail or through our office phone during normal business hours.
Below is some information to know about maintenance and who, when and how to contact somebody for help. When you first move in, please familiarize yourself with these items. They'll help you keep your new home in the best possible shape. Latter, refer back to them as needed. Some will tell you who to contact should you need further assistance.
E-mail first – for any questions that are not of an emergency nature, but let us know of problems as soon as you notice them, this way we can coordinate our repairs in a timely fashion.
